Now,
What is Financial Planning???
Financial planning is ways on how you manage or plan your financial cash flow.
Cash flow here means the cash that flow in and out of your pocket, A.K.A income and expenses.
if a person have a well financial plan, they will reduce their expenses to the minimum level and try to increase their income as much as possible.
therefore, to determine a person is wealthy or not, we need to review their expenses habit.
this is because the more expenses you have,
the more commitment you need to bear.
basically,
in financial planning,
there are 3 stage that everyone should know.
the 3 stage are:
Protection
Saving
Investment.
